Participants will follow a structured wellness routine, including an early morning barefoot walk, yoga classes, detoxification, fasting, meditation, discourses, nature healing lectures, yoga lectures, social activities, and local sightseeing.

The day concludes with lunch, evening yoga classes, prayer and meditation, dinner, and night walks.

Arogyshala will arrange one nature camp in one month for one week in some remote areas like Lonaval, Nainital, Gurgaon suburbs, Nahaan, Himachal, etc. wherever a resort with a capacity of 20 families can be accommodated.

The camp will have the following activities

• Morning trail for min 2 km / 5 km.
• Early morning shuddhi kriyas
  Yoga works out for 45 mi including 15 min Yoga dynamic yoga with music.
• Fresh Vegetable juice steam baths or swimming or baths in the open.
• Meditation class before breakfast and baths 20 m.
• Breakfast- Fruit/ dish 2 nos. as per menu/curd.
• Nature Healing Interactive class.
• Nature therapy as per individual needs.
• Meditation break
  One hour sports /entertainment /Book reading.
• Lunch with natural food and various dish options will be available.
• Rest post lunch
• Therapy class as per individual need 4 to 5 pm and consultations are free with nature healers.
• Evening drinks
• Evening walk 30 min.
  Yoga and meditation class.
• Rest/reading/entertainment.
• Prayer followed by dinner.
• Discourse philosophy, Meditation, and walk.
